The burn. You love that feeling don’t you? I get it, so do I.
During your next workout, wouldn’t it be awesome to keep that burn going and have the energy to push yourself beyond what you did yesterday?
I know, no matter what you say to push yourself, you just cant keep going.
No one else gets how hard you are trying. No one else understands your drive, but the truth is, if you’re not seeing those changes in your body; neither is anyone else.
You want it.
You want to feel the strength coming through the sweet ache in your muscles and the sweat pouring off your body like never before.
If you’ve been pushing your limits and just cant get those results, you’re not alone. Ive been there.
Choosing The Top Pre Workout Supplements
So what is there, like a gazillion supplements on the market? And don’t all of them have the most fantastic claims? No doubt, I know. I have tried more pre workout supplements than I can count.
With each one, I was let down, not even getting close to the results I wanted; that is, until I tried Capsiplex.
Which is exactly why I created this site. I wanted to give you my honest Capsiplex review so you can take the guesswork out when it comes time to make the purchase.
But just to be fair, here is some information on other great pre workout supplements, so you can make an informed decision without having to scour the web.
#3 Nitrix 2.0
This product makes the list because it is a concentrated nitric oxide precursor that provides a valuable foundation for all your supplementation and training efforts. Basically it supports workout performance, endurance, pumps and recovery.
It has high levels of nitric oxide, which may have a multitude of positive effects on muscular performance and appearance.
Suggested dosage is 3 tablets 60 minutes prior to working out and another 3 tablets post workout. It is also suggested to take that last dosage with Creatine. I don’t want to have to take multiple products and I’m not a fan of having to take several tablets more than once a day. So this product earns last place on the list.
#2 HMB 1000 Caps
This supplement makes the list for several good reasons:
- The company that makes this product, Optimum Nutrition, has been in business for almost 30 years supporting the nutrition goals of athletes.
- It may reduce stress-induced muscle protein breakdown.
- Speeds up muscle recovery.
- It supports lean body mass.
Now here’s what gnaws at me about this product Although many people are seeing great results and the suggested serving is only 1 capsule, most of the reviews I’ve read have stated that in order to get results you have to take up to 6 capsules a day!
When you break that down, you are only getting about a 15 day supply in bottle. That can get really pricey.
Topping the charts is Capsiplex.
Capsiplex was designed to optimise your exercise regime.
It speeds up the metabolism through a process called thermogenesis. The main ingredient of Capsiplex is Capsicum extract from red chillies. Capsicum is packed with capsaicin, this is what gives the chilli its heat. It also contain Vitamin B3 to help metabolise carbohydrates which will boost your energy and combat fatigue.
This is a simple 1 pill dosage taken 30 minutes before your workout.
Here is a quick list of Capsiplex benefits:
- Made from 100% natural ingredients.
- Burns up to 278 more calories per exercise session.
- Increases energy levels.
- Enhances focus.
- Speeds up muscle recovery.
- Fit for women and men of all fitness stages.
- Train harder and for longer.
Capsiplex is the game changer you’ve been looking for.
If you’re ready to stand in front of the mirror and see the fat loss and those beautiful lines of muscle definition, then this is the supplement that will help you make it happen.
